2006 double east zone champs!WOOHOOOOO!
okay that was just to get things started
for me, getting ez champs is definitely one of the highlights of 2006
2 years ago, champs seemed to be a fantasy for us
our target was just to win ONE school to make it into nationals
what seemed to be a fantasy became reality this year
no, it wasn't overnight
it was over tons and tons of perspiration and perseverance
throw in
contrary to its name, this title isn't 'ez' to achieve at all
i still remember that we'll battle out every single point
(and, thankfully, we win the crucial points)
the 'ti neng' which jL puts us through (not that its very physical)
the footsteps which causes lactic acid formation in our muscles
the strokes which we seek to correct
each aspect played a part in achieving our dream
all glory be to God
it's a true joy and great honour to get ez champs
really, this feeling can't be described
i can remember my tears flowing uncontrollably when bgirl's won PL
not that i have anything against them
just that we haven't won them in our 3 previous clashes with them
tears flowed once again when andrea/yubing secured victory over CCHM
the joy bursting in me just couldn't be described merely by words
i rolled on the floor, literally, trying to contain my joy
however, there is another feeling
a different feeling
a incomprehensible feeling
a feeling that feels so much better than this
the feeling, of togetherness
the feeling, of being in one big cosy family filled with love
this feeling:
holds people tightly, bonded and united as one
assures people that no matter what beholds, there'll be someone there
multiplies one's joy many times over
reassures; when one fails, nobody will point fingers
i've had this feeling, have you?
as 2006 draws to a close, it's time to prepare ourselves for a new year
my wish for all of you is to hold on not only to the title of east zone champs
but also to hold on to the friendships forged in 2006
the key to a winning team is a united team
'I never knew a team can proceed so much to beyond just training. I realised only last year that we all are like a big family, perhaps it is a feeling way beyond to describe just with words, it's too superficial, but one thing I'm sure of is that, everyone in the team appreciates whatever we have in the team. I remember in the past, there were conflicts among ourselves, and this someone will dislike that someone, and soon, it becomes seemingly like everyone's going to fall apart. Now, however, you look at us, we really appreciate and enjoy each other's company so much. Be it during trainings or gatherings we have, we just wanna keep things that way, as much as we don't wish to see unhappiness in each individual. Yes cause WE ALL LOVE ONE ANOTHER. Sometimes, maybe we're too shy to express this love and care we wanna provide, but actions after all speak louder than words, and I'm pretty sure the other party will see it.'

so glad to see all of you so bonded, so knitted together.. makes me feel more homesick towards ahs. haiz...first year i see the whole team so veri bonded. last time still got quarrels here and there and those itty-gritty minute stuff that has kept some of you all apart. yup.. treasure the family in ahs bah.

'really happy about that and our r-ship with our jnrs are really good. comparing with other batches. its so much better. .. hweeli.tracy.andrea.zhiying.connie.yingiet. i'm so glad that i'm kinda close to you guys. so happy to be in this b'gals team o6' we will never be replaced and will be carved deep down in our hearts. though we didn't get into top4, but our spirit is much much much more than top4.'
